Submitting a project form asks Lanna Digital Works to review your requirements. It does not guarantee availability, create an obligation to accept the work or require payment.
2. Quotations and order confirmation
A quotation may define scope, deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, schedule, revision allowance, fees and payment stages. An order is confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of any initial payment stated in that quotation or invoice.
3. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer according to the accepted quotation or invoice. Payment instructions are supplied securely after confirmation. This website does not collect card or online-banking credentials.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate requirements, content, feedback and access they have the right to use. Mobile publication also requires valid client-controlled developer accounts and the requested store, privacy and verification information. Delays or material changes may affect schedule and price.
5. Changes and revisions
Included revisions are defined in the quotation. Work outside the agreed scope proceeds only after the impact and any additional fee or timing have been approved in writing.
6. Review and digital delivery
Clients review work at agreed checkpoints. Final delivery may be by deployment, Android or iOS build, source handover, secure download or email after acceptance and required payment, as stated in the quotation. Store-submission assistance is included only when quoted.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership and licence terms for custom work, pre-existing materials and third-party components are stated in the quotation. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
8. Third-party services
A project may rely on hosting, domain, payment, app-store, software or API providers selected or approved by the client. Their availability, fees and terms are controlled by those providers unless expressly included in our quotation. Mobile app publication is subject to the client’s developer accounts, platform policies and Apple or Google review; approval is not guaranteed.
9. Fair limitations
Any warranty, support period or liability allocation is defined in the accepted quotation and subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Cancellation and refunds
An enquiry may be withdrawn without charge before a quotation is accepted. After confirmation, cancellation and any refund are assessed against work completed, committed third-party costs, payment stages, the accepted quotation and rights under applicable law.
11. Support and complaints
Questions or delivery issues should include the project reference and be sent through the verified business contact channels shown on this website. We will review the matter and explain the proposed next step.
12. Applicable terms
The governing law, dispute process and verified business identity will be stated in the final quotation and updated here after commercial registration details are confirmed.
